The initial step in all of our new potential projects is an introductory Zoom call of 30-60 minutes to get know each other, understand one another's needs and capabilities, and see if we are well-align for strong collaboration.

Step 2:

Comprehensive Project Understanding

We dive deep into understanding your business space, your organization, and your ultimate goals. By thoroughly assessing every aspect of your project, we ensure that our approach is correctly aligned with your unique objectives. This step is crucial in tailoring our services to meet your specific needs, so that we provide you with what you need. Think of it as an annual physical and lab work before deciding on a treatment plan. We provide up to two hours of collaboration for project exploration and proposal development at no charge. Additional pre-proposal time will be quoted based on needs.

Proposal

Development

Once we have a clear vision of your project, we develop a proposal to outline proposed solutions, including specific strategies, timelines, and pricing. Our goal is to provide you with a clear and precise plan that reflects our commitment to delivering a bespoke solution that drives your project to success.


If our proposal is a match for you, we move forward with an engagement agreement and begin the onboarding phase to collect the details we need to craft and develop your solutions.

Because each organization and project is unique, we do not use a one-size-fits-all product list or menu of services with fixed pricing.


Our corporate custom survey and culture branding package fees generally begin

at $5000, based on project scope.


DCI5 TypeHire package fees are based on factors such as candidate

professional role and project scope.


Individual and private group services are quoted on a project basis.
